1. What if I lost/forgot my User name?
   
   Please send an email stating your first and last name, and your password to

4. When I try to submit my answers for the quizzes, the screen freezes or goes blank — what should I do?
   
   Temporarily disable your Pop-up Blocker.

5. How long do I have to finish the course online?
   
   There is a 45 day time limit for completing the course.

6. How do I schedule the final examination date?
   
   After you have successfully completed the 20 lessons, you will be prompted to register for the final exam. The final exam is given at our Yaphank office. You must take the final exam within 90 days of completing the online course.

7. How much does the course cost and how do I pay?
   
   The course is available free of charge, however a fee of $50 is charged to all students to take the final exam and obtain a certificate. Payment can be made by Visa/MC when scheduling an exam date. A service fee will be charged for all credit card payments. Checks and money orders are accepted as payment if presented in person, or received by mail in advance of the exam date. Cash payment is not accepted. Please be advised that the exam fee is non-refundable.

8. What happens if I fail the exam?
   
   If you fail the final exam you can retake the online course, register to take the oral exam or register to take the 3 day classroom course at our Yaphank office. There is no additional fee to take the online course and exam a second time, nor the oral exam, but the full $75 fee will be charged to take the classroom course.

9. What are the minimum system specifications required to run the Food Manager course application?
   
   This application must be run using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as the internet browser. The Food Manager course application will not function completely on mobile phones. Please run the application only on a PC or a laptop computer. PopUp Blockers should be turned off.
