SHALL THE RESOLUTION ENTITLED: "Bond Resolution of the Town of Huntington, New York, adopted August 27, 2003, authorizing the issuance of $30,000,000.00 bonds of said Town to finance (i) the continued acquisition of interests or rights in real property in the Town for the preservation of open spaces, pursuant to Chapter 21 of the Huntington Town Code, at the estimated maximum cost of $20,000,000.00, (ii) the continued construction of park and recreational area improvements pursuant to Chapter 21 of the Huntington Town Code, at the estimated maximum cost of $7,000,000.00 and (iii) the construction of neighborhood enhancements and improvements, at the estimated maximum cost of $3,000,000.00; and determining that this bond resolution shall be subject to a mandatory referendum," BE APPROVED?
