Suffolk Submission and Status Terminal
Please be advised that beginning November 18, 2019, the Office of Wastewater Management will be implementing a new information management system designed to streamline application submission and review. As part of this process, the current computer system will be shut down at the close of business on November 12, 2019. Current applications will keep their existing reference numbers; however, the reference number format will be changing for all new applications received after November 12, 2019. Staff will be begin generating new reference numbers when the new program goes live on November 18, 2019. Applications submitted between November 12 and 18 will be held and assigned a number when the system goes live.
In addition, please be advised that the Office of Wastewater Management will be creating a new online status and submission portal. This portal will allow the user to create new applications and review the status of their applications online as well as submit credit card payments. Once completed, application submissions (plans and paperwork) will then be able to be submitted electronically.
Please note that effective November 8, 2019, credit card payments will not be accepted by this office until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience, and are working diligently to create an efficient and user-friendly platform for your permits.
